Shipping policy

Processing time
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–7 business days, depending on item type and quantity:

Accessories: 1–3 business days
Clothing (1–4 items): 1–5 business days
Clothing (5+ items): 1–7 business days

Processing times may be affected by Latvian national holidays.
We also take two annual breaks: Christmas–early January and mid-July/August (2 weeks).

Delivery options

  • Standard Delivery — International tracked postal service.
    Handled by national postal operators (USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post, etc.).

  • Economy Courier — Tracked courier delivery to your door (FedEx, UPS, DHL, Nova Post, Smart Post Itella, etc.).

  • Express Courier (1–3 business days) — Express courier shipping (FedEx, UPS, DHL).

All delivery methods include tracking.

Customs and import taxes

  • EU orders: no extra taxes or duties — we’re local!

  • USA orders are shipped DDP

  • International orders: shipped under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms, unless stated otherwise.
    Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
    We are not liable for delays caused by customs.

Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
A restocking fee may apply depending on the return location and non-recoverable costs. Please note that hygienic and custom made products are non-returnable.
