White Custom Orders — Garments and Accessories

Most garments and accessories in our shop can be produced in white as a custom order — this includes clothing, gloves, arm warmers, bags, and more.
This listing must be purchased together with the item(s) you want in white.
Please note:

Zippers, buckles, and other functional elements may remain black, as alternative options are not available at this time.

Product tags will also remain in their standard black format.

This fee applies to standard size garments only.

As this is a customized product, it is non-returnable, unless it arrives faulty.

Incorrect sizing chosen by the buyer is not considered our fault.
Please check the size chart carefully before purchasing. -
You must contact us before ordering, or leave a note with your order specifying which garment(s) or accessory(ies) you would like in white.
Pricing for garments (clothing and bags):
• 1 garment: €7.50
• 2 garments: €12.90 (total)
• 3 or more garments: €15.00 (total)
Pricing for accessories (e.g. gloves, arm warmers, scarves, leg warmers):
• 1 item type: €3.50
• 2 item types: €5.50 (total)
• 3 or more items: €7.00 (total)
This small fee covers the preparation of white fabric: including full equipment clean-down and individual garment cutting — both performed separately from main production to avoid cross-contamination with darker colors.

CARE GUIDE
Easy to Care!
Cold Machine Wash 30C / 86F, gentle
Do Not Bleach
Do Not Tumble Dry
1) Empty all pockets, Wash separately
2) Close fasteners, including zippers
3) Turn the garment inside out
4) Let it rinse properly
5) Never spin-dry it in a washing machine nor wring it in hand
6) Avoid dryers – instead, leave it to dry on a clothes hanger
7) After washing, it's better to hang the garment on a hanger and let it dry.
Softshell
You may use a special washing powder for softshell fabric, but it's not necessary.
Do not use bleach, fabric softeners, water softeners
Cotton, Jersey knit garments
You can iron the garment from the inside out when it's a bit wet.
Regular ironing, steam or dry, may be performed at a Low setting (110C, 230F) only.

Processing time
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–7 business days, depending on order size:Accessories – 1–3 business days
Clothing (up to 4 items) – 1–5 business days
Clothing (5+ items) – 1–7 business days
Processing times may vary during Latvian national holidays. We also take two annual breaks: Christmas–early January and mid-July/August (2 weeks).
Delivery options
Standard Delivery (5–30 days) — international tracked postal service (USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post).Economy Courier (4–14 days) — tracked courier delivery to your door (FedEx, UPS, DHL, Nova Post, Smart Post Itella).
Express Rush (1–6 business days) — priority production and express courier shipping (FedEx, UPS, DHL).
All delivery methods include tracking. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location, customs, or carrier delays.
Customs & Import Taxes
EU orders: no extra duties or VAT.International orders: shipped under DAP (Delivered At Place) if not stated otherwise — buyers are responsible for import duties and taxes.
Returns & Refunds

QUALITY
- Each garment is cut and sewn individually to provide accuracy of geometric elements.
- We use a special sewing machine foot to make sure the decorative seams are the same width.
- Labels are sewn on separately so you can remove them without damaging the garment.
- Garments made of knit-jersey fabric (sweaters, shirts, dresses, gloves, scarves, legwarmers) are sewn using a special stretchy thread Eloflex.
- Viscose is as breathable as cotton but softer. Read more about the reason we chose it as our main fabric.
