Returns & Refunds

Return period
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer rights.

Eligibility
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, in brand-new condition, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.
Products must not show any signs of use such as stains, odors, fur, smoke, or wear marks.
Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.

Refunds
Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned item.
Non-recoverable costs — including payment-processing, packaging, handling, and a possible restocking fee (up to 15%) — may be deducted from the refund.
Import duties, VAT, or customs handling fees are non-refundable.
If an order is cancelled before shipment, transaction fees charged by the payment provider will be deducted.

Customs and international returns
Import duties or taxes from the original shipment, as well as customs clearance and handling fees in Latvia, are not refundable and will be deducted from the total refund.
All returns must be shipped DAP (Delivered At Place); any unpaid import charges on returned parcels will be deducted from the refund.

Exclusions
The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Hygienic items (e.g. face masks)

  • Gift cards

  • Others if specified

Damaged or incorrect items
Inspect your order upon arrival and contact info@zolnar.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.

Exchange option
To receive another item or size, please place a new order after your return is approved and processed.
